Any side affects for going higher volumes? Went to ER because i couldn't get my tachycardia under 125. They found a PE: 2 clots in left lung and large one in right. I'm on blood thinner and beta blocker. In the hospital, i couldn't get to 1500 with proper technique. I'm now up to 2500 although i haven't done 10 reps in each session.
